Refund policy

At Little Explorer, we want our customers to feel confident while shopping with us. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that some items such as sale or clearance products may not be eligible for return or refund.
